I was able to store my luggage, but when I booked, I selected a reservation until 9:00 PM, but it turned out the pickup point was only open until 6:00 PM that day. I was able to pick up my suitcase earlier, but if I'd needed longer storage, I might have found myself in an awkward situation... I think you need to sync the opening hours of the storage points with the information on the website.

Everything's fine. We found the location right away using navigation, our bags were accepted on time, and they were returned without any problems. And most importantly, the price is much lower than at the train stations. Thanks for the excellent service!

Why can I make a reservation in the app after 8:00 PM when the store is open until 8:00 PM? We arrived just before closing time, and thanks to the employee, she accepted and returned it. A little more time and we wouldn't have been able to pick it up. Please edit this so people don't get confused.
